Shipping and Handling

Double Dane Games ships only within the United States.

Orders will be shipped on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We use USPS Priority Mail or Retail Ground for all shipping. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 days for arrival. However, due to Covid-19 restrictions in various states it may take a little longer than usual. Again, you will receive tracking info when your item is shipped but always feel free to contact us regarding the status of your order.

Privacy and Terms of Service

Double Dane Games, LLC will retain your billing (and/or) shipping address solely to facilitate shipping your order. All receipts and tracking info will be sent to the email address you list below. No credit card information is ever entered or stored on our server. We use PayPal to facilitate all financial transactions.

PayPal

Double Dane Games, LLC uses PayPal for all of its secure online transactions. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and you do not need a Paypal account to checkout. You will be given the option to use an existing account or sign-up for a new account only if you wish.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges including any insurance. There is a $3.00 service charge on all returns. Double Dane Games is not responsible for any manufacturer related issues (missing pieces, workmanship, etc…). The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please email or call us to get a Returned Item Number and include this number with the returned item to receive a refund or credit.

Taxes

All orders placed in Minnesota are charged 6.875% state sales tax.

Curbside Pickup

Double Dane Games is currently open for business and purchases may be made in the store. All customers and staff are required to wear masks in the store at this time.

Items can also be purchased online and picked up Mon-Sat from noon to 6pm.

Simply select the “Local Pickup” option when checking out.

Items purchased online can also be picked up at our back entrance on NW 5th Street.
Call 218-999-0615 and we’ll bring them out for you.
